  • Had to make a quick adjustment from working in an office every day to working at home
  • Are doing the majority of your meetings via teleconferece or video conference

What will my personalized report tell me?

The report measures your natural and adapted behaviour. Behavioural research suggests, during crisis or times of stress, people who understand themsevles – both their strengths and their weaknesses – are more effective and better able to meet the demands of their environment.

This report will give you personalized tips for working at home and tips on how to recognize the four unique behaviour styles we most often see in the workplace and how to communicate with them.

Based off of research originally completed by Carl Jung, DISC is measured in four proportions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. It reveals how an individual will perform, including how they prefer to communicate, what he or she will bring to a team, his or her ideal environment and possible limitations he or she may face.

Domincance

Someone who displays high D behaviour will most likely be looking for results. They will be faster paced, tasked-oriented, be direct in their communication and be effecient but not neat.

When they are overextened they may have a tendencey to be impatient.

Someone who displays high I behaviour will most likely be looking for internction. They will be faster paced, people-oriented, be indirect in their communication and organized in their disorganization with several piles.

When they are overextened they may have a tendencey to be disorganized.

Influence

Steadiness

Someone who displays high S behaviour will most likely be looking for stability. They will be slower paced, people-oriented, be indirect in their communication and while they will have a system it might be sloppy.

When they are overextened they may have a tendency to be impatient.
