Good day. And welcome to the leading with nice daily. My name is Mathieu Yuill and this week we’re talking about your customer, the hero. So let’s talk a bit about the problems customers face and let’s break it down to physical, emotional, and philosophical. So one way you can start thinking about the physical problems your client might have or your customer might have are the things that physically stand in the way of what they’re trying to achieve. So if, if their problem is or if your solution is that you provide, great online email service, a physical problem for them might be, you know, I don’t have a great computer so you might be able to talk about how, Oh, you don’t have a great computer. Ours works on any computer or any smart device and the emotional problems might be, I don’t really know how to use, email.

I feel that it’s too much work and I just like text messaging. You might solve that problem by sharing with them how your system is super easy to use and it won’t cause you any sort of burden or anx. That way their philosophical problem might be, I don’t know if email invested in a new email program is even really worth it. I’m pretty good on my outlook, but you are going to address that philosophical problem by showing them that you know what it is worth it. Here’s how your life will be better and from there you start building some success language to help your client understand in their own words why working with you is the right thing to do.
