Featured Project Using StoryBrand

Muskoka Woods is a summer camp located approximately 2.5 hours north of Toronto. Over their 40+ years of delighting kids ages 6-16, they have used several messages to help kids and parents understand why Muskoka Woods should be their first choice for Summer Camp.

Together, we understood that while kids attend summer camp and influence the buying decision, parents ultimately make the purchase. That kids enjoy summer camp is important, and just as important is that parents understand how Muskoka Woods solves parents’ problem: they want to send their kids to a place they would go themselves.

A music school engaged Leading With Nice to use StoryBrand to rebuild their website and manage their social media. Their goal: they didn’t really have one, but their website was outdated and they weren’t incorporating social media into their marketing efforts. After some conversation we discovered they would like to attract more students – however, over the past three years, they only had on average, less than 7% of lesson spots available.

We advised them their money would be better spent offering referral rewards to their current students. Sure enough, not only did they fill those last spots, they had a waiting list. The point is, if you don’t have clarity on your goal, you won’t know what to measure and you’ll be throwing away money. We insist on having measurable goals so we can work towards a measurable return on your investment and you’re just spending money to fix a problem that may not exist.
