Every company and organization faces problems — or polarities — that simply can’t be solved.

A classic example of this is when a company or organization wants to honour tradition and yet expects employees to be innovative. You can’t have 100 per cent of both.

So what do you do? The answer is this: Don’t try to solve the problem. Manage it instead.
