Good day and welcome to the leading with nice daily. My name is Mathieu Yuill and this week we’re talking about your customer, the hero. Now today I want to talk a bit about some guarantees and these are the things you’re going to offer your client, the hero that when you do them they are going to be happy and these are things you always do. So for example, one of the guarantees you might offer at your bakery is that, red is always fresh as of 7:00 AM. And what that’s going to do, it’s going to help that client who wants to pick it up on the way into work and they leave at 8:00 AM they’re going to know that their bread is always a one hour fresh and how that will lead into them loving your bakery is they will look back at one of their problems. One of their problems was I can’t get fresh bread on the way into work, which I really want is going to solve that physical problem and it’s a guarantee.

They’re going to know that it’s always true and they’ll always be satisfied. Another guarantee for your bakery might be, always the best value in this neighborhood. Another guarantee might be something to the effect of only the finest high-quality ingredients. These are things you always do that all answer the question are the emotional or physical or philosophical problem that your client, the hero is having, and they’re your guarantees.
