The Science Teachers’ Association of Ontario (STAO) has three goals: to connect science teachers with each other in Ontario, to provide resources for Ontario’s science teachers to use in the classroom and to provide professional development opportunities for its members. At over 100 years old, STAO is the de facto organizations for science teachers in Ontario.

Problem: STAO’s website had not been updated in several years. Resources were difficult to find — often outdated — online payment technology was lacking and outside of their yearly conference, their marketing efforts were lacking.

How Leading With Nice helped:

  • Completed a StoryBrand workshop with STAO’s board of directors
  • Designed and developed a StoryBrand website with clear language around membership benefits
  • Assisted in a content audit removing the outdated content and making searching for content simpler
  • Built an e-commerce solution for merchandise sales, memberships and event registrations
